“Brooklyn Tapes EP” is an album by Sam Ruffillo, released in 2023. This EP is a unique blend of house and electronic funk but also incorporates elements of rap music, R&B, and disco. The album was produced in collaboration with several American rappers and soul singers, creating what a New York critic called “post-digital soul house music”. The EP, which includes four songs, is a product of Berlin’s Toy Tonics label and offers a total playtime of 12 minutes.
